First in a 3 part series of wellness retreats, this day camp-style retreat is designed for the busy person who needs a reset and a dive into realistic wellness. Whether you feel like you’re burnt out on life, can’t seem to get a handle on your health, or are overwhelmed with the so-called “wellness” world that just keeps making you feel like you’re failing- this is for you. With a focus on healthy movement, mental wellness strategies to handle the modern world overwhelms, and learning about nutrition for nourishment, this educational event will have you feeling refreshed and energetic. We will focus on realistic, attainable, and affordable strategies to actually live well in today’s society. We will release the pressure and the stress of what being healthy “means” and emphasize how to just weave health and living well into daily life.
