Our Approach
The postpartum experience is one of the most catastrophically beautiful and life-altering experience a woman and her family can go through. This transition into becoming a whole new person while also creating a whole new person is wildly under supported, minimized, and normalized. I mean- your body just created a human being with no manuscript, grew an organ, morphed and pulled nutrients from your very blood- and women just do it. Every. Single. Day. Largely without the support, the recognition, and the help that should go without needing to be asked for it.
That’s why I created these packages. To support, recognize, and help the new Mother and her journey for the incredible triumph that it is.
Nurtured Beginnings
Foundational support for the mother and family. Overview of the basics listed above, 1 prenatal visit (virtual or in person) to ensure preparedness and 1 postpartum visit to optimize efficiency of activities of daily living.
