Mental Health and Wellness

The first thing you need to know is- you aren’t alone in feeling lost. There are thousands of your fellow human beings out there feeling just as isolated as you. Kudos to you for seeking an answer and I’m so glad your journey has landed you here to help you find it.

My outlook on mental wellness is this- it is subject to change throughout your life and it is a “muscle” that must be exercised, groomed, rested, strengthened, and otherwise taken care of throughout one’s life. There will be times this comes easily and there will be times it will feel like pulling yourself through concrete. But the evidence is overwhelming- if you are not mentally well, you are also not physically well. The issue is systemic, and should be treated as such.

If you’ve tried traditional talk therapy, or you’ve tried medications, or you’ve tried the latest and greatest wellness '“hack” that boasts fighting off your mental demons within a day…and you’re still left feeling the same way, then it is time we had a chat. There are other options, and you are not too broken to try them. I’m here to help you, and fight in your corner the way an occupational therapist knows how to best- by reviving your life in your daily activities. In addition to talking through your emotions and feelings, my interventions will combine mobility, nervous system regulation techniques, meditation, gut-healing practices, and most importantly- purposeful and joy-filled activities which will help inspire your soul to revival.
